Arugula & Malabar Spinach Available Free

If you are interested in getting some organic vegetables for free, I have both a stand of arugula and a stand of Malabar spinach available for picking. All I ask is that you harvest the arugula as shown in this video -- with one variation -- please use a scissors instead of pinching the leaves off, because pinching is not a clean cut and tends to pull at the delicate root system.

Cutting off all of the leaves of a plant is, of course, quicker, but it can also cause the plant to die, which I don't want, so please just harvest the individual leaves.
