In the heart of Naha, right next to the busiest pedestrian crossing, we’re hosting our 2nd Music & Food Festival!
We’re now looking for participants to rent food & drink tents and sales booths at this prime location.
📍 Booth Areas & Fees
Area C – 3.2 m² (125cm x 250cm)
💰 10% of sales (with a ¥5,000 sales guarantee)
Area D – 3.2 m² (125cm x 250cm)
💰 10% of sales (with a ¥10,000 sales guarantee)
🗓 Event Details
Date: September 13, 2025
Time: 17:00 – 21:00 (4 hours)
Venue: UFURUFU Event Space, in front of Ryubo Palette Kumoji, Naha, Okinawa
✅ What We Provide
Free tent setup by the organizer
Electricity supply (100 watts) available for ¥1,000–¥2,000 (depending on equipment)
1m² back space behind each booth (free of charge)
Evening lighting provided by the organizer
✅ What You Bring
Your own equipment & tables (rental tables available: ¥2,000 each)
A sink if washing is required
Regarding menu submission in advance
To prevent vendors from selling the same products, you are required to submit your planned menu in advance.
This ensures that each booth maintains its own unique character and makes the event more attractive for visitors.
Regarding beverage sales
Basic drinks and standard alcoholic beverages (e.g., soft drinks, beer, wine, highball, etc.) may only be sold in Area A.
In Areas B, C, and D, only special types of drinks that are not included in the standard drink booth may be sold (e.g., freshly brewed coffee, homemade liquors, original cocktails).
Therefore, please inform us in advance of what you plan to sell.
If you are considering setting up a drink booth, please submit your sales plan and drink menu (a simple list is sufficient) beforehand.
