I bought it new, opened it, and played with it for about an hour.
It works well, but this really isn't my kind of thing.
This listing is for the Flipper Zero with USB-C charging cable, WiFi DevBoard, and the orange silicone case. These were all separate purchases and amount to ยฅ45000 in Japan. You will need to supply your own Micro SD card.
The USB-C cable is not shown in the pictures, but it is included.
