18.5” Weber Smokey Mountain

18.5” Weber Smokey Mountain (WSM) with UnknownBBQ hinge and seal kit; and an upgraded coal rack. Bought the WSM at the BX last summer for $419.00 and got the UnknownBBQ kit for $79. The kit is absolutely necessary as the smoker out of the box leaks smoke. It is now 100% sealed and only comes out of the top vent. I have cooked amazing briskets, ribs, tri-tip, steaks, turkey legs, and pork butt on it. Has two racks, water bowl, and a temp probe grommet Once the temp is stable it will keep temp for many hours……i have had it hold temp for over 8 hours.

Unfortunately I’m in an all Japanese apartment and my housing told us not to use it anymore. It sucks cause it’s a great smoker…..google it if you don’t know what it is. Just gave it an end of the year cleaning.
