The actual tread on the tire is actually really good, I think whoever put the wheels on the truck when I got it it sat for a while so the tires are a little dry rotted.

The tires are not that expensive you can get them on auto way Japan 14,000 yen for the cheaper tires and 44,000 for the nice tires a piece.
