I am looking for someone to drill a 1-inch hole through about 8" of concrete for me. The hole can be larger, but has to be a least 1 inch in diameter. I know how to do it, but don't have the equipment and do not want to spend the money for a one-time project. I am located about 10 minutes from Kadena Gate 2. Please let me know your price.
