I have an extensive background in all areas of pastry creation from massive tiered American wedding cakes, to European Croquembouche, Sugar, Chocolate Art and Decadent Tarts.
I only use the finest chocolate and ingredients, much of which comes imported from around the world, but makes a total difference in the end result.

I am a professional Chef (graduated from Le Cordon Bleu) who specializes in Patisserie, Boulangerie, and a wide range of Cuisine. I am opening a new Pastry Shop/Café in Onna early 2017, but while under construction, I am working from my home in Yomitan. Also, I hold classes in both Cuisine and Pastry (which for the time being are limited to a maximum of 3 people due kitchen size restrictions).
