Collecting Early USA Coinage can be very rewarding. Not only because of the History behind our Coins, but because of the fact...NO MORE of these coins can
be produced....What is out there is it!! And everytime someone destroys one
or melts a silver one or even when one is purchased by a collector(which will
normally stay in his collection for a lifetime)..this means there is one less on the Market.....Barber Coinage...Dimes, Quarters & Half Dollars are one area of early
coinage that should not be ignored by the Numismatist....They were issued from
1892 thru 1915, a time when you worked all day for a Dollar or Two.. These coins
were not saved..they were used & used & used.....The most popular of the three today is the Barber Half Dollar to collect....Mainly because of the size of it and the beauty of it when found in higher grades....This coin in average circulated grade can be very affordable for most dates...but when reaching XF and above grades, they can get pricey, but a much nicer defined coin is presented...In the Uncirculated Grades they can become very expensive, but every detail of the coin can be much appreciated....and will tend to be a good investment for down the road..
We offer a substantial stock of Barber Coinage...especially in the larger Half Dollars, in assorted circulated grades, from average to XF/AU... If interested in this area of Coin Collecting, please contact us for our location here on Okinawa.
